It use the number 8.9 because the size is only 8.9 inch. This is the world's thinnest mobile tablet because it's just 8.6 mm thin. Get the super fast 1 Ghz dual core processor for powerful multimedia experience and super fast internet access with HSPA+ network, speed up to 21Mbps. It has 3MP camera for the main camera with autofocus and 720p video recorder and 2MP camera on the front as a secondary camera for video calls.

Motorola Xoom, bit heavier and thicker, worse screen.
Asus Transformer, cracking screen, really like the keyboard dock with extra battery. Tempted, but just a little big I think.

Yes, i agree with you. It will be released on second quarter of this year. The price is approximately $469 for 16GB version and $569 for 32GB.
